Following the growing trend, this issue of the International Journal of Advance Research and Innovation presents a range of unique and varied studies.

Foremost, the study titled ‘A Novel Herbal Formulation of Delstrok® for Patients with Cardiovascular Disorders’ was conducted to determine the efficacy and safety of the novel herbal formulation of DELSTROK® tablets in cardiovascular disease.

In the next study titled ‘Improving Yield, Quality and Shelf Life of 2 A Clone Grapevine by Preharvest Applications of Growth Regulators,’ year-old 2A clones grapevines were sprayed during 2016-17 and 2017-18 growing seasons with GA3, 6-BA, CPPU, Salicylic acid, Ethrel, ABA, Brassinosteroid and water spray i.e. Control at two stages of berry development 3-4 mm (85- 90 days after pruning) and 6-8 mm (105-110 days after pruning) in order to investigate their influence on yield, berry quality as well as the berry keeping quality.

Following the aforementioned, ‘Novel Perspectives in Forensics Aware Internet of Things’ comes with the working solution of IoT forensics and consistently evaluates the IoT forensics area to examine the threats and issues in this particular field of forensics.

The aim of ‘Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan in Construction’ is to find the plans to be followed in real life at the sites, to find and analyze the deficiencies and also to suggest ways to mitigate them in the context of the Indian Industry.

‘Suitable Selection of Napkins in Hotel Industry for Sustainable Development’ deals with the greenhouse gases (GHG) estimated emission from the napkins used in a hotel industry along with the selection of transportation mode vehicle (diesel or petrol vehicle).

In the next study titled ‘Effect of Hardfacing upon Mild Steel with Different Proportions of Alloy Mix on Welding Parameters using SAW Process,’ the element infusion in hardfacing was determined by optical emission spectra analysis. This study will help the engineers to select the proper parameters for the required weld bead geometry.

Additionally, ‘Study and First Law Analysis of Gas Turbine-HRSG-ORC Cogeneration System with Change in Atmospheric Temperature’ investigates the variation in the performance of the system with changes in the surrounding temperature.

In ‘Experimental Analysis of Solar Air Heater Duct Having Square Protrusions as Roughness Geometry,’ an experimental investigation has been carried out on heat transfer and friction characteristics by using square type protrusions as roughness geometry in the solar air heater duct Data have been generated for both the smooth as well as roughened absorber plate for fully turbulent flow in the range of system and operating parameters.

‘An Approach to the Influence of Fluid Viscosity and the Cutting Parameters in Turning a Carbon Steel Using Surface Methodology’ focuses on the effect of viscosity on the surface condition of the machined part during turning.

The objective of ‘Employee Engagement – the Key to Achieve Employer’s Branding’ is to study the concept of employee engagement, understand why it is important and identify factors that are critical to the effective implementation of employee engagement in the organization.

Last but not least, ‘Effects of Visual Merchandising Elements of Retail Store on Consumer Attention and Customer Loyalty’ discusses the effects of visual merchandising elements of a retail store on consumer attention and customer loyalty.
